General Terms & Conditions

Fickle (fickle.ws) is an international online gaming and betting platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. All rules and terms and conditions ("Terms") described in this document apply to Fickle's website, mobile application, and all associated services.

By registering on or using the Fickle platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Fickle.

Account Registration & Verification

Accurate and complete information is required to open an account with Fickle. Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Information required for registration:

• Full name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• A valid email address
• Date of birth (to verify you are 18+)
• Preferred Payment Method Details

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This requires submitting a clear photo of your National ID or passport. Fickle completes the KYC process within 48 hours.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To participate on fickle, you must:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• The platform must be used voluntarily and with full awareness
• Must be capable of managing their own finances independently
• Account login credentials must not be shared with anyone else

Fickle reserves the right to verify your age or identity at any time. Refusal to verify or providing false information may result in your account being placed under investigation.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Fickle offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

General rules for using bonuses:

• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• If bonus abuse (bonus hunting) is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited
• Bonus wagering may not apply to certain games — each offer includes a list of eligible games

Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on Fickle are completely free. You can deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and various cryptocurrencies. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum limits.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, fickle may place a hold on the payment pending investigation

Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawals on Fickle are completely free and are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours, provided all required conditions have been met.

Withdrawal prerequisites:

• KYC verification must be completed
• The deposited amount must be wagered at least once
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements of the active bonus are met
• The withdrawal payment method must match the method used for the deposit

Betting Rules & Result Settlement

All betting decisions on Fickle are final and settled accurately. Sports Betting outcomes are determined based on official results.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except via Early Cash Out)
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, fickle reserves the right to void the affected bet
• If evidence of match-fixing or manipulation is found, all related bets will be voided
• If a server disconnection occurs during a Live Casino game, the round will be settled based on the state of the game at the time of disconnection

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Fickle platform. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately:

• Opening or operating an account using a false identity
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Using bots or automated software to play games or place bets
• Selling, renting, or transferring an account to another person
• Money laundering or any form of financial fraud
• Attempting to access or damage Fickle's systems

Account Closure & Suspension

Fickle reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, particularly if:

• Evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found
• False information is provided during KYC verification
• A chargeback or payment dispute is raised
• Self-exclusion activated by the member

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. If a valid balance remains, the member will be given the opportunity to complete a withdrawal before the account is closed.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Fickle believes gaming is entertainment, not a habit. That belief is why responsible gaming is a core part of how we operate. Every member is given the tools to stay in control of their gaming activity.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Cooling-off period of 24 hours up to a maximum of 1 year
• Permanent self-exclusion (once activated, cannot be reversed for at least 6 months)

Dispute Resolution Process

• Complex cases may take 48–72 hours to resolve

If you are unsatisfied with Fickle's decision, you may apply for independent mediation through our licensing authority. Please note that the relevant balance may be temporarily held while a dispute is ongoing.

Changes to Terms & Contact

Fickle reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
